St. Augustine Housing Market is begining to turn!

I am not just an optimist– I am a realist– and I believe that the St. Augustine housing market is begining to turn. Why would I say this… because there are some great deals on the market that are motivating me to want to start buying again. This past week I looked at a beautiful 100+ year old home in a very historic neighborhood that came with two extra lots. The house was priced so reasonabily that I wanted to but it, sell off the house and keep one lot for free. I also looked at a house in a gated community on Anastasia Island that was priced at least $200,000 less than it would have been priced two years ag0. Bottom line is that there is some great deals on the market and buyers will come and start buying again which will cause people to re-enter the market b/c they are afraid they will miss out again.
